FIRM OVERVIEW:
My practice is limited to civil litigation and appeals. I am located in Vero Beach, Florida, practicing in the areas of Business & Commercial Law, Insurance Law,
Personal Injury (Plaintiffs & Defense), Products Liability Law and Professional Malpractice Law. I also conduct civil mediations for other lawyers.

I am available to represent clients in every level of the Florida State court system, the Federal courts in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Federal Appeals Court which covers Florida (11th Circuit), and the United States Supreme Court. I am also admitted in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine (all currently inactive).

PRACTICE AREAS:

► Business and Commercial Law
I limit my practice in this area to litigation at the trial and appellate levels

► Insurance Law:
I litigate matters of insurance coverage

► Litigation and Appeals:
I am board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in civil trial law. I am also board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Civil Trial Advocate. I represent and advise clients who are, or might become involved in a lawsuit or an appeal. The representation includes prevention and settlement and it often includes letters of opinion.

► Mediation:
I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. I conduct civil mediatons for other lawyers.

► Personal Injury Law:
My firm represents individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another person's rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.

► Products Liability Law:
My firm has experience in representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product that was designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by a person or company. I assist those injured individuals in bringing their claims and being fairly compensated for their injuries.

► Professional Malpractice Law:
I look forward to working with clients to help them determine whether or not professional malpractice has occurred. Typically this would be medical or legal malpractice, but, it could involve any professional field.
